32mm Slim | 88-264Vac Input | 150% Peak (112.5W/3s) | Up to 90% Efficiency | 80ms Hold-up | UL508 | SEMI F47 | Class B EMC | -30~70C | 3-Year Warranty
The SDR-75 series is a rugged 75W DIN rail power supply purpose-built for industrial control equipment with UL508 listing and SEMI F47 voltage sag immunity. Its standout feature is 150% peak power (112.5W for 3 seconds) — ideal for starting motors, contactors, and capacitive loads that demand momentary high current.
The SDR-75 accepts 88~264Vac universal input (also 124~370Vdc). Available in three output voltages - 12V, 24V, and 48V - it delivers up to 6.3A at 12V and 1.6A at 48V. Efficiency ranges from 88.5% to 90%. An exceptional 80ms hold-up time at 230Vac (20ms at 115Vac) provides superior brownout ride-through — among the longest in the 75W DIN rail class.
The peak power capability works in two modes: after a 100-second recovery at rated load, the unit can deliver 150% for 3 seconds; or after a 15-second recovery at 50% load, another 3-second peak burst is available. This intelligent thermal management ensures reliable peak power delivery without nuisance tripping. The overload protection is time-adaptive: 110~150% overload runs for >3 seconds before shutdown, while 150~170% uses constant current limiting for 3 seconds then shuts down — both requiring a restart.
The SDR-75 holds UL508, TUV BS EN/EN62368-1, AS/NZS 62368.1, and EAC certifications with GL design reference for marine applications. SEMI F47 certification ensures immunity to voltage sags common in semiconductor manufacturing environments. With Class B EMC emissions and EN61000-6-2 heavy industrial immunity, the SDR-75 is qualified for the most demanding industrial installations. The fanless convection-cooled design operates from -30C to +70C at up to 2,000m altitude.

The SDR-75 can deliver 112.5W for 3 seconds. Recovery depends on the previous load: after 100 seconds at rated load (75W), it can deliver another 3-second 150% burst. After 15 seconds at 50% load (37.5W), it can also deliver another burst. This makes it excellent for cyclic loads like motor starts, solenoid activation, and contactor coil inrush where peak demand is intermittent.
Key differences: (1) 150% peak power vs none, (2) 80ms hold-up at 230V vs 60ms, (3) UL508 + SEMI F47 + GL marine vs UL508 only, (4) -30C minimum vs -20C, (5) 3KVac I/P-O/P vs 3KVac (same), (6) time-adaptive overload vs fixed CC, (7) no DC OK LED/relay. The SDR-75 is the more rugged, peak-power-capable choice for demanding industrial and marine applications.
SEMI F47 is the semiconductor industry standard for voltage sag immunity. Certified power supplies must continue operating through specified voltage dips without interruption — critical for semiconductor manufacturing where a momentary power glitch can ruin an entire wafer batch worth millions. The SDR-75's 80ms hold-up at 230V directly supports this requirement.
No. The SDR-75 does not include a DC OK relay or LED indicator. For remote status monitoring, consider the NDR-75 (LED on 48V) or XDR-75E (relay on all models).
Yes, at 230Vac input and full load. At 115Vac, hold-up is 20ms — still competitive for the class. The 80ms at 230V is exceptional and directly supports SEMI F47 compliance for voltage sag ride-through.
All three models feature 150% peak power, 80ms hold-up, UL508, SEMI F47, GL marine reference, and Class B heavy industrial EMC.
