Product Overview

The MEAN WELL HLG-120H-C series is a 150W AC-to-DC constant-current (CC) LED driver family. It is designed for LED street lighting, fishing lamps, harbor lighting, building architectural lighting, greenhouse lighting, and bay lighting.

It accepts universal 90~305VAC input (127~431VDC) and provides five fixed output current options: 350mA, 500mA, 700mA, 1050mA and 1400mA. With peak efficiency up to 94% (93.5% on C1400), the driver uses a fanless design and operates at case temperatures from -40C to +90C under free air convection.

The metal enclosure carries IP67 or IP65 ratings depending on the version. Four function versions are available: A (output current adjustable via built-in potentiometer, IP65), B (3-in-1 dimming, IP67), AB (current adjustment + 3-in-1 dimming, IP65), and D (timer dimming function, IP67, safety approval pending - contact MEAN WELL for details).

Protection includes OVP (auto-recovery or re-power recovery), OTP (automatic recovery after temperature drops), and short-circuit constant-current limiting with automatic recovery. The driver complies with global lighting safety and EMC standards and is backed by a 7-year warranty. Note: a switch must be installed between the mains and the LED driver to meet the latest ErP regulations.
