Product Overview

The SDR-120 series is the first SDR model to integrate Active PFC (PF>0.96@115Vac), delivering clean 120W output with 150% peak power (180W/3s) and a built-in DC OK relay for remote status monitoring. Purpose-built for industrial control equipment with UL508 listing, SEMI F47 voltage sag immunity, and BSMI certification.

The SDR-120 accepts 88~264Vac universal input (also 124~370Vdc). Available in three output voltages - 12V, 24V, and 48V - it delivers up to 10A at 12V and 2.5A at 48V with full 120W across all models. Efficiency peaks at 91% (24V), and the PFC stage maintains a solid 20ms hold-up time at both 115V and 230Vac — key for SEMI F47 voltage sag ride-through.

The DC OK relay contact (60Vdc/0.3A, 30Vdc/1A, 30Vac/0.5A resistive) enables direct PLC/SCADA integration for remote status monitoring — a first for the SDR series. Combined with Active PFC, 150% peak power, UL508, SEMI F47, and BSMI CNS15598-1 certification, the SDR-120 is the most feature-complete industrial DIN rail supply at 120W.
