The HDR-60 series is the largest HDR model — a 60W Class II plastic DIN rail supply with 91% peak efficiency, 6-pin dual +/-V terminals, and a 52.5mm (3SU) width. It doubles the power of HDR-30 while maintaining the same Class II safety, LPS certification, and <0.3W standby.

The HDR-60 accepts 85~264Vac input (277Vac usable) with 1.2A/115V, 0.8A/230V AC current. Five voltages: 5V (6.5A/32.5W), 12V (4.5A/54W), 15V (4A/60W), 24V (2.5A/60W), and 48V (1.25A/60W). Efficiency ranges from 85% to 91% at 48V — the highest in the HDR family. The 6-pin terminal with dual +V and dual -V supports higher current distribution with lower voltage drop.

All HDR-60 protections (OVP shutdown+restart, 105~160% OLP, SC auto-recovery) operate identically to HDR-30, with the same Class II plastic body, 4KVac I/P-O/P isolation, 30ms hold-up, 500ms start-up, and global certifications (UL508/62368-1, TUV, EAC, BSMI, BIS — note: some models may not carry BIS marking).
