In a 48mm slim profile (125mm deep), the XDR-480 delivers 480W from 85~305Vac input through the proven 80KHz PFC + 65KHz PWM + MCU dual-stage architecture. The 96% efficiency at 48V is the highest in the XDR lineup — only 4% lost as heat at full load, enabling sustained fanless operation in a compact form factor. Parallel operation scales to 1920W (3+1 redundancy) with active current sharing via CS/GND pins.

200% peak power delivers 960W for 5 seconds, with 600% transient peak current for 15ms — identical to XDR-240's exceptional surge capability. The full MODBus RS-485, ORing FET, DC OK relay, diagnostic LED, and remote ON/OFF feature set is present. All four standard voltages are offered, though 12V is derated to 360W (up from 240W on XDR-240).
