The XDR-75 series is MEAN WELL's premium 75W DIN rail power supply — a significant step above the NDR economy line. With 85~305Vac ultra-wide input (supporting 277Vac US industrial), 200% peak power capability (150W for 5 seconds), and 600% transient peak current, it is purpose-built for demanding industrial, marine, semiconductor, and hazardous location applications.
At just 30mm width, the XDR-75 is the slimmest DIN rail supply in its class. It features a DC OK relay contact (30Vdc/1A) for external monitoring systems, remote ON/OFF control via RC+/RC- (0~0.5V=ON, 4~5V=OFF), and conformal coating on the internal PCB for moisture and dust protection. Three terminal types are available: Screw, Lever-Actuated (LA), and Push-In (PI).
The XDR-75 is built for the most demanding environments: -40~+85C operating range (full load to +60C), 5,000m altitude, OVC III (Overvoltage Category III), 4KVac I/P-O/P isolation, and ultra-low inrush current <6~15A. It holds DNV marine certification, SEMI F47 (semiconductor voltage sag immunity), HazLoc Class I Div 2 (hazardous locations), and IEC61010 (laboratory/safety equipment).
